Thanks for the great response to our upcoming ‘Skate Smart’ programme. Amongst all the great ideas there was a big demand from all you ‘wannabe’ street skaters. You said you wanted to hone your street skills so that’s what were doing this Saturday.
We know it’s short notice but this Saturday 14th, you can practice all the skills you need to get out of the park and start using your skates as transport - or do the Sunday Stroll.
Here are the details:
Times:
12.30 to 14.30 Saturday 14th November 2009.
Cost:
£20.00 per person.
Bookings:
This is a limited attendance course so please make sure

to reserve your place.
Equipment:
Inline skate with a heel brake, knee pads, wrist pads, elbow pads and a helmet (A cycle helmet is also fine).
Location:
The Royal Albert Memorial
Terms:
All students must be over 18.
Course will only take place if the ground is dry.
Times date and location may change without prior notice.
Protective equipment must be worn at all times.
Sunday 15th, at 2pm it's beginners starting and stopping hour. If you're a beginner and need to get going and stopping better on your skate, this is the session for you.
Times:
14.00 to 15.00 Saturday 15th November 2009.

£15.00 per person.
Bookings:
Not required, just make sure you are at the Albert Memorial will your skates and all your pads on by NO later than 2pm
