T-Stops and Crossovers
T-Stops and Forward Crossovers this Saturday 3rd July 2010
Two really great skills for any skater especially if you do any of London's street skates, or if you use your skate to go pretty much anywhere, they are also two really great skills for hockey players and they look cool!!!
T-Stops and a fantastic way to control speed and stop and are the preferred stop for most advanced skaters, there's also lots of cool stuff you can do with T-Stops so now's the time to get them cracked!
Crossovers are a speed maintaining turn and if done correctly you can also increase you speed whilst doing a crossover. There's nothing worse than having to slow down on a turn!

Time: 3.30pm to 5pm

These are advanced skate skills so you will at least need to be at a skill level where you are comfortable doing a Wednesday or Friday night skate.
All students must be over 18 and have knee, wrist and elbow pads as we as a helmet. All protective equipment can be hired from Club Blue Room at Marble Arch.
