This weekend there's loads of cool stuff happening

12:00 to 13:00 on Saturday it's Level 1 beginners starting and stopping

13:30 to 15:00 on Saturday it's Level 2 advanced beginners with a-frame turns, grass stops, swizzles and dealing with pavements

15:00 to 16:30 on Sunday it's level 3 intermediates with parallel turns, spin stop and hill stopping

Sunday 17:00 to 18:00 Sunday Skate Club will be running at the Albert Memorial.

Private Lessons this weekend

There are two private lessons slots available on Sunday. 11:30 to 12:30 and 13:00 to 14:00. Call Mark on 07753 489 669 if you want to reserve either of these slots.

There are also some private lessons slots available on Monday afternoon.

If you don't have skates you can hire or buy them from The Club Blue Room skate shop at Marble Arch.

Club Blue Room is one of the UK's biggest skate retailers and have an amazing range of skates and equipment and I highly recommend you pay them a visit

Skate and Beer with MarkSkaters

After Sunday Skate Club finishes at 5pm at I will be doing my regular skate and beer. I'm not sure where I'l be going yet but you're are more than welcome to join me. It will be a nice little tootle and we have a beer at the end of it. The only cost is a beer for Mark!

Please note that this is not a lesson and I won't be able to give you individual attention so you will need to have done at least a Sunday Stroll.

Well skaters, this weekend is looking like it's going to be a nice warm one so at the very least, get your skates on and come to the park. If you're passing me by, I always welcome a hello / wave when I'm teaching.
