Located right next to the Albert Memorial, the "Tennis Club" is a perfect place to go to to have a coffee, a sandwich, and drink... or just to take shelter when it's raining! The place and the staff are really friendly (and skate-friendly!).
You're quite likely to bump into Mark, Nick, and other instructors having a break between two lessons there.
